1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

Answer Inc. (the "Company") processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated below. 3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

As a general rule, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties, except in the following cases: 1) AI API Providers (for service provision purposes) - Recipients: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity - Purpose: AI-based content generation and analysis - Items provided: Data entered by customers for service provision (excluding personal information) - Retention period: According to each provider's privacy policy - Note: The Company preprocesses data to exclude personal information when using AI APIs. 2) Provision Required by Law - When there are special provisions in relevant laws or compliance with legal obligations is unavoidable

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

As a general rule, the Company does not outsource the processing of personal information to external parties. If outsourcing becomes necessary in the future, the Company will proceed with outsourcing contract execution and notification procedures in accordance with relevant laws. Note: The Company does not use payment gateway (PG) services and only receives payments through corporate bank transfers.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective from March 21, 2026. If the Privacy Policy is changed, the Company will announce the changes on the website at least 7 days in advance. However, if there are significant changes to the rights of data subjects, the Company will announce at least 30 days in advance and provide individual notification via email. The English translation of this Privacy Policy is provided for reference purposes only. In case of any discrepancy between the Korean original and the English translation, the Korean version shall prevail.
