Overview

Own client acquisition and operations end-to-end, built on Answer's solutions and consulting process.

What you'll do

• Outbound lead closing — own proposal, persuasion, quote, and contract close end-to-end
• Solution design from client needs — read the client's business context and compose the right GEO consulting/service package
• Contract operations & renewal — run the monthly measure-improve cycle together with clients
• Deliverable ownership — refine core deliverables to the client's context and prove impact in numbers

Requirements

• Hands-on experience applying AI coding/automation tools such as Claude Code and Codex directly to your own work (required)

Nice to have

• Founding experience
• Experience building and launching a product

Conditions

• Salary: KRW 40M / year + incentive (shared at interview)
• Location: Gangnam, Seoul (on-site)
• On-site (no remote), mentor provided
